I apologize for taking so long to provide feedback on the the way you and your employees (and subs) went about the construction of my screen room. My first impression of you and your company was when you stopped by the house. I told Margie after you left, "that guy's professional." I was referring to everything about the presentation you made to us. With respect to the workers who actually brought the project into being, I offer my sincere compliments on their friendliness, professionalism, quality of work, and a sincere interest in my being pleased with the outcome.
